We track our financial success on a daily as well as monthly basis with relevant statistical information and statements of financial performance.
Our approach is very unique
As each project is unique, our fees will vary with the scope and size of the project. Generally speaking, Geggio Hospitality’s full service management can be retained on a flat retainer or a fee schedule based on a percentage of revenues and a net income performance driven incentive. Fees as a percentage of revenue are in the single digit percentage range with a monthly minimum.
